Our lab team values your time and comfort and works to ensure quick and safe service. Our outpatient laboratory offers same-day collection and testing results within 24 hours. Arriving prepared will help your visit move fast.
Access: Please use the Radiology-Clinic-Lab entrance upon arrival. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor (Clinic). Check-In at the front desk.

Things you will need to ensure a smooth visit:
1. A copy of your Lab order from your doctor.
2. It’s important to understand whether you can eat or drink prior to having blood drawn, and whether you should continue to take medications you regularly take. It’s common for your doctor to ask you to “fast” before your blood is drawn (often 12hrs in advance). This means you should avoid eating or drinking anything except water. If you have questions about fasting and/or continuing medications before blood work, especially those you usually take with food, please call in advance and we will be glad to answer your questions.
3. Please schedule an appointment. While Walk-Ins are welcome, an appointment will shorten your wait time.
4. You will need your INSURANCE CARD and PHOTO ID. If paying out-of-pocket do not hesitate to call in advance and ask for pricing. Our pricing meats or beats our competitors.

Here are the steps to access your patient portal for the first time:
Email Request:
Send an email to info@mishhospital.com from the email address we have on file. Please include your legal name and date of birth in the email body. This is to ensure the security of your account.
Email Confirmation:
Upon receiving your email, we will verify the information and send an email invitation to the address on file. Please check your email inbox, including any spam or junk folders.
Click the Link:
Open the email and click on the provided link. This will direct you to the patient portal login page.
Create Your Account:
Follow the on-screen instructions to create your account. You may be prompted to choose a password and set up security questions.
Explore Your Patient Portal:
Login to https://login.patientfusion.com/#/
Once logged in, you can view your medical records, Lab results , and more.

All lab results are forwarded to the ordering doctor once available. You may call your doctor’s office for lab results. We always recommend for you to call your doctor or make an appointment with your doctor to understand your lab results.
